In order to get the right consistency and taste, follow these instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in sour cream and egg until well blended. Spoon batter into greased 9 x 9 inch pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.

Fruit Coffee Cake
-2 cups all-purpose flour
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
-1 cup granulated sugar
-2 large eggs
-1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt until well combined. In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time until well combined with the batter, then add vanilla extract. Beat in half the dry ingredients, followed by half the sour cream, then repeat with the remaining dry ingredients and sour cream until everything is well mixed
